Tofu Scramble Wrap


1 block of extra firm tofu

Nutritional Yeast


Garlic Powder

2-3 handful Spinach

Salt & Pepper

Food For Life brown rice tortilla wrap

2 tbsp hummus


In a pan, add your crumbled tofu. Add turmeric, nutritional yeast, and garlic powder. Mix it all together then add spinach. The more green the better. Let it cook for about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

(I didn’t measure my spices here but you can never go wrong. Tailor it to your own liking)

To make the wrap, heat the wrap on stove. Spread hummus on wrap. Add simple tofu scramble. Try to put it on the middle so you can wrap it like a sexyyyy burrito ya know. Spread more hummus on your plate for some dip. Serve and enjoy!
