SIMPLE VEGGIE STIR FRY QUINOA


THE INGREDIENTS

2 cups of cooked quinoa

4-6 handful of chopped collard greens

2 cups of broccoli florets

2 cups mushrooms

1 medium sized onion

1 tsp olive oil

Coconut amino


THE STEPS

Sauté chopped onion in olive oil. Add mushrooms and cook it for 2-3 minutes. Add collard greens and broccoli florets. Season it with coconut amino depending on your preference. Sauté everything for about 10 minutes or until the veggies have cooked. Add cooked quinoa. Serve and enjoy.
