
Simple Protein Bliss Balls
THE INGREDIENTS
1 cup almond flour
3 tbsp cacao powder
dash of cinnamon
2 servings of protein powder ( I use Nuzest smooth vanilla powder)
12 pieces pitted dates
(soaked in water)
4 tbsp of non-dairy milk
handful of walnuts
handful of almonds
1 cup unsweetened shredded coconuts
pinch of salt
THE STEPS
Soak your pitted dates in water for about 20 minutes. In a food processor, add almond flour, cacao powder, protein powder. Mix all dry ingredients. Then add pitted dates and non-dairy milk. Blend for about 30 seconds then add the nuts. Blend all your ingredients until it forms like a dough. Add more non-dairy milk if needed. Create a 1 inch sized protein balls. Roll your balls in shredded coconut with pinch of salt. Trust me the salt makes a big difference! This recipe makes about 16 balls. Enjoy right away or store in an air tight container.
