
Simple Protein Baked Oats
THE INGREDIENTS
½ cup sprouted oats
½ cup non-dairy milk
¼ tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
Dash of cinnamon
2 scoops of Nuzest smooth vanilla protein powder
THE STEPS
Pre heat oven at 350. In a bowl, mix all ingredients and stir everything together. Bake in the oven for about 20-25 minutes. Top off with banana and a dash of cinnamon. Serve and enjoy.
