CHICKPEA “TUNA” SALAD


THE INGREDIENTS

1 can chickpea (drained & mashed)

1/2 red onion (minced)

1 colored pepper (chopped)

4 celery stalks (chopped)

Juice of whole lemon

3 tbsp mayonnaise (I use Sir Kensington’s avo oil mayo. If vegan, use veganaise)

Salt and pepper



THE STEPS

Prepped all the ingredients and mixed everything. Serve and enjoy on a toast, salad topping, or as a healthy snack!
